We've been having lovely sunsets this past few days (12th, 13th, 14th).
This one on the 12th was taken from outside of the Food Science department, a very magical sunset.

It finally snowed!!
It started snowing yesterday and it snowed today too.
It's not good enough for sledding but perfect for a Waltz in the snow.
p.s. the best Waltz I've ever danced.

Seth's new saddleback briefcase! I love it too.
It's his new toy. No worries, I asked him and he told me he still loves me more than the bag.

Another pasta recipe:
Ingredients:
In a sauce pan add around 1/8 cup oil or butter let them get hot on low fire and then add flour bit by bit while mixing until you get a thick dough
Turn off the stove and start adding milk bit by bit while mixing, you can add chicken broth and wine for added flavor. Keep on adding liquids and mixing until the desired consistency. Put the fire back on and let it boil for a bit. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and ginger.
If you have frozen salmon fillet, microwave them in a closed container on high for 7 minutes. Then when ready, cut them into small pieces and add them to the sauce pan.
Enjoy with angel hair pasta or shell pasta.
