Japanese lunch.
One thing that is quite different from Lebanon is the amount of ethnic restaurants in the U.S.
Fayetteville is considered to be a smaller town; still, I have tasted here food from around the world much more than I have ever tasted in all of Lebanon.
Now we must say that Lebanese food compared to U.S. food wins 10-0 but diversity is still a very important factor. And, even more importantly, in Lebanon, we do have Japanese restaurants but some only sell sushi, what about the other Japanese food? What about the real authentic Mexican and Chinese food?
We do not have any Indian, Vietnamese, or Thai restaurant which I grew up to love in here.
Some might think that it might be too daring to open such a restaurant but Lebanese love food, love anything new, and love anything different. So a little more diversity in the food please.

So have you ever heard of Chatroulette? If you haven't it's pretty easy google it and you'll figure it out or read my post.
Anyway... I have seen this video of that awesome guy improvising on the piano about the random people he sees and he's great!
I was hoping to bump into him or someone close, since many are now trying to imitate him, however I bumped into the following. I could have gone forever, but after 10 minutes it was already enough.

In conclusion: not recommended because most probably you will not bump into the piano guy.

Gaewalin's goodbye dinner at Taste of Thai, in the back room. The backroom seemed actually to be nicer than the actual restaurant. I learned to love Thai food at this place. It's just too good and Gade approves!
